When this setting is enabled, any content submitted by users will be placed in a 'pending' status. Then, editors or users with higher roles can check and decide whether to publish it or not.

Once they approve, the new content will be added to the flow. This way, you can ensure that everything going live has been checked and meets the standards of your organization.
